Jalapeno Teriyaki Cheddar Burger






Ingredients
  • 1lb grass fed ground beef
  • 1/4 cup soy vay island teriyaki
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 diced jalapenos
  • 1/3 cup diced cilantro
  • 1 bunch diced scallions
  • 1 tsp garlic
  • salt and pepper

Directions
  • combine beef, teriyaki, cheese, jalapenos, cilantro, scallions, garlic, and salt & pepper. 
  • form into 4 patties.
  • sear burgers on the grill 2 minutes each side or until desired temperature.
  • garnish and serve on hamburger buns.
