Sour Cream Blueberry Bread


Sour Cream Blueberry Bread

Cook time: 45 minutes
Temp: 350 F
Ingredients:
  • 1 c blueberries, thawed
  • ½ c butter
  • 1 c cane sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 t vanilla
  • 2 c flour
  • ½ t salt
  • 1 t baking powder
  • 1 t baking soda
  • 1 c sour cream or plain yogurt
Instructions:
  1. Cream butter, sugar, eggs and vanilla.
  2. In separate bowl, sift together flour, salt, baking powder and soda.
  3. Add wet to dry.
  4. Add sour cream and slowly combine.
  5. Gently fold in blueberries.
  6. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
