Sour Cream Blueberry Bread
Cook time: 45 minutesTemp: 350 F
Ingredients:
- 1 c blueberries, thawed
- ½ c butter
- 1 c cane sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 t vanilla
- 2 c flour
- ½ t salt
- 1 t baking powder
- 1 t baking soda
- 1 c sour cream or plain yogurt
- Cream butter, sugar, eggs and vanilla.
- In separate bowl, sift together flour, salt, baking powder and soda.
- Add wet to dry.
- Add sour cream and slowly combine.
- Gently fold in blueberries.
- Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
