Fresh + Healthy Hummus

2 cups caned garbanzo beans(drain and keep reserved liquid)
1/4 cup tahini paste
2 T. olive oil
Lemon juice to taste
Sea salt to taste

Take all ingredients and poor them into a food processor and blend.  Use the reserved liquid as needed to "smooth" things along.  To mix your own flavors you can add 1 bunch cilantro plus a chopped jalapeno to make cilantro jalapeno hummus (my favorite) or one chopped roasted red bell pepper to make red bell pepper hummus.  Serve with fresh vegetables, pita bread, or pita chips.
